Choose Vetmedin first. Choose life.
Vetmedin is a breakthrough treatment for congestive heart failure in dogs.
Since its introduction in 2000, it has been shown to increase both quality of life and length of life in dogs suffering from congestive heart disease, above and beyond previous treatment regimes.
Understanding heart disease in dogs
Your dog’s heart is simply a muscular pump divided into four chambers – very similar in structure and function to your own. The most common causes of heart disease in dogs affect either the valves or muscle of the heart.
You and your vet
This website contains information for dog owners about the causes of heart failure in dogs, and about the treatment Vetmedin. The advice of a veterinary surgeon should always be sought if you suspect that your pet is suffering from congestive heart failure.
Vetmedin is a prescription medicine, and only available with a prescription from Veterinary Surgeons. Advice regarding the use of Vetmedin should be sought from your Veterinary Surgeon.
